We have been getting a few questions lately about how low the the bottom of your Jeep Wrangler hardtop is when using the J-BARR.  Or how far it is from the ceiling to the bottom of your Jeep Wrangler hardtop when suspended.  These measurements could vary by a few inches but overall you should consider this a good estimate. These measurements are using our included winch that we sell in our kitted version. The winch is run all the way up or as high as it will go. It is approximately 45 inches.

J-BARR Latch System, New Product, Updates -

Our original 2015 J-BARR model came with rubber coated cables. Do to high customer demand we have since update the rubber cables with 1.5 inch load strap rated to 900 lbs each.  You can also see that we have updated the latching system for our 2016 J-BARR model. Previously we used a single safety pin system when attaching the rubber coated cables. New Product, Updates -

With the new year on it's way we wanted to give brief look at what the new 2016 J-BARR Model will bring to the table. We have listened over the last year and have made multiple improvements to the J-BARR.    Improvements: Improved NO WELD Design. No more welding on center piece or safety clip tabs. We have improved our manufacturing process over the past year and have eliminated the need for any welding. We have switched to industrial grade epoxy is rated to 3000 psi.
